The Paw Pals started out on 1st March 2010. What kicked off the idea of running a kennel was the love for dogs. I have been living with dogs since the day i was born till now, and I am loving them more each day. I introduced my love and passion for dogs to my girlfriend, Vanese, and now, she is madly in love with them too.
Our initial plan for the kennel was actually to house our own dogs. However, due to our expensive hobby, we decided to start the boarding house and started the business. It was a great learning journey for the both us as we could study alot more different breeds of dogs. Their eating habits, their structure, their coat texture, temperament, EVERYTHING!
Being dog lovers, we do have our favourite breeds. I LOVE the gladiator type dogs, toy poodles, and JRTs. I am also lucky to have Vanese who has the same preferences as me. Due to space constraints, our journey has also started to breed the Toy Poodle to meet breed standards. We started importing studs and bitches from Taiwan and Japan, wanting to perfect the breed. Some of our home bred toy poodles are for sale, sometimes. We do not sell every puppy that we breed.
