Boarding Terms and Conditions
This is the boarding agreement between the 'Pet Owner' and The Paw Pals Kennel, herein indicated as 'The Company'
Important:
1 The Company will give the utmost care to the pet(s) concerned, but will not be held
responsible for and be indemnified of any losses, injuries or death of the pet while it
is boarding.
2 The Company will seek medical attention for the pet(s) should we deemed required
and pet owner will bear the cost of veterinary charges, medicine, transportation, and
whatsoever incurred during the process.
3 With reference to Para 2, pet's owner will be contacted, should The Company is unable
to locate the pet owner within a reasonable time, The Company will at it's discretion
proceed to seek medical attention.
Compulsory:
4 The pet must have current vaccination.
5 It is compulsory that the pet(s) be treated with a parasiticide effective against ticks and
fleas upon check-in. Treatment charges will be borne by owner.
6 Pet(s) checked-in with ticks or fleas will have to undergo a thorough treatment, charges
is subject to degree of infestation and treatment. Charges to be borne by owner.
Payment Charges:
7 Boarding charges are inclusive of the both the day checked-in and the day checked-out.
8 Full payment must be made upon check-in.
9 The Company reserves the right to take ownership of the pet(s), should the pet owner
delay payment for more than 3 days after date due of payment.
Others
10 Pet owners are advised not to leave any accompanied items eg: leash, collar etc.
Otherwise, The Company will not be responsible for loss, misplaced or damage to the
items.
As the owner/guardian of the pet(s), the owner/guardian understand and agree with the terms and conditions.
